05 — INSTALLATION DAY ONE
Great coatings start with great preparation. We clean and mechanically grind the concrete to create the proper surface profile, address necessary repairs, apply the coating system and broadcast your selected flake to rejection.
The part you'll never see when we're finished is one of the most important parts of the entire floor.
CLEAN & PREP → DIAMOND GRIND → REPAIR → COAT → FLAKE
THIS IS WHERE THE TRANSFORMATION STARTS.
06 — INSTALLATION DAY TWO
WE FINISH WHAT WE STARTED.
We remove excess flake, scrape the surface to the proper texture, thoroughly clean it and apply the protective polyaspartic topcoat. Then we inspect the floor and take care of the details before we leave.
SCRAPE → VACUUM → TOPCOAT → DETAIL
Now comes the hardest part: waiting to use it.
07 — MOVE BACK IN
